Godfrey King’ori

Founder and Director, ReByD-360 Consulting

Godfrey King’ori is the Founder and Director of ReByD-360 Consulting, bringing over a decade of senior-level experience in strategy, monitoring and evaluation, operational excellence, and organisational performance across public sector, non-governmental, donor-funded, and private sector contexts.

He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a Certified Impact Evaluator, and a Balanced Scorecard professional, with a strong track record of designing and leading results-driven interventions that integrate strategy, systems, and execution. His work is grounded in evidence, disciplined methodologies, and a deep commitment to measurable and sustainable impact.

Godfrey previously served as the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Training for the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) Program in Kenya, where he led high-level monitoring, evaluation, learning, and capacity-building functions across complex, multi-sector programmes. In this role, he worked closely with leadership teams, grantees, and stakeholders to strengthen performance frameworks, optimise programme delivery, and embed accountability and learning within institutional systems.

Across his career, Godfrey has led and supported multiple high-level consultancy assignments, both through institutional roles and through ReByD-360 Consulting. His expertise spans the design and implementation of comprehensive MEAL systems, rigorous impact evaluations, strategic planning and execution using the Balanced Scorecard, and Lean Six Sigma–driven process improvement to eliminate inefficiencies, manage risk, and enhance operational performance.

Godfrey also brings strong experience in project management and delivery, having led and coached initiatives using Agile, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies at national and organisational levels. He has supported organisations to establish Project Management Offices (PMOs), strengthen project governance, and improve delivery discipline in complex operating environments.

In addition, Godfrey has extensive experience in donor readiness and funding support, including donor mapping, funding strategy development, proposal development, and alignment of organisational systems with donor and partner requirements. His approach ensures organisations are not only competitive in securing funding, but also credible, compliant, and positioned for long-term partnership.

Known for his practical, context-sensitive leadership style, Godfrey works closely with organisations to build internal capability, strengthen systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. He believes that results should be intentionally designed, processes systematically optimised, and strategies anchored in purpose and evidence.
